1 Services Description

Eagle Core Logistics LLC is a licensed third-party logistics (3PL) freight broker providing transportation coordination, freight brokerage, heavy equipment transport, ocean freight, customs brokerage, and supply chain consulting services across the United States and internationally.

Eagle Core Logistics acts as a broker and intermediary between shippers and carriers. We do not own or operate transportation equipment and are not liable as a motor carrier.

2 Text Messaging & SMS Communications

2.1 Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Eagle Core Logistics regarding quote confirmations, shipment updates, and load availability notifications.

3 User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting quotes or booking shipments. Inaccurate information including incorrect freight dimensions, weight, or hazardous material classification may result in additional charges or delays.

• Misrepresenting the nature, weight, or classification of freight is prohibited
• Booking services with no intent to pay is prohibited
• Violating any applicable federal, state, or local transportation regulations is prohibited

4 Freight & Transportation Terms

4.1 Broker Relationship

Eagle Core Logistics is a licensed freight broker (FMCSA Broker Authority). We arrange transportation on your behalf through our network of vetted carriers. We are not responsible for the physical handling of your freight beyond our coordination role.

4.2 Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on information submitted at the time of request. Final pricing may vary due to accessorial charges, fuel surcharges, detention, or changes in freight details.

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms are established at the time of booking. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

5 Data Privacy & Information Security

All data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key commitments:

• We never sell your personal information to third parties
• Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely for operational communications
• You may request deletion of your data at any time

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.

Eagle Core Logistics reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
